We’re BACK!

Seventh Annual NOLA Bluedoo – Saturday, September 17, 2022 – Tulane University’s Uptown Campus.

This festival-style celebration of prostate cancer survivorship will raise awareness and important funds for prostate cancer research at Tulane Cancer Center.

Bluedoo is a festival-style celebration of prostate cancer survivorship – with great food, drink, music, costuming, a kids’ tent, a survivor tent, a two-mile walk/run and MORE.  It’s also a fundraiser – the ONLY prostate cancer event of its kind in our area – benefiting Dr. Oliver Sartor’s Prostate Cancer Research Program at Tulane Cancer Center.

Thanks to our supporters, we’ve raised $901,000 since year one!  Every penny has benefitted prostate cancer research here at Tulane.

Just as important, people had fun.

It was a joyful occasion for families and friends – supportive, loving, celebratory.

“On behalf of my research team and most importantly the patients who will benefit from our progress, please accept my deepest thanks. Having you in our corner makes us stronger and better! Please join me again this September 17 at the Seventh Annual NOLA Bluedoo!” – Dr. Oliver Sartor

NOLA Blue Doo Run

One in every eight of our fathers, husbands, brothers or sons will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. One in 41 will die of this disease. Prostate cancer is a formidable opponent, but through research and the tireless dedication of world-renowned experts like Tulane Cancer Center’s Oliver Sartor, M.D., we are battling back, and we are making progress. You can join the fight! On Saturday, September 17, 2022, Tulane Cancer Center will host the Seventh Annual NOLA Bluedoo to benefit the prostate cancer research fund at Tulane Cancer Center.
