Get Your Blue on NOLA! Fourth Annual NOLA Bluedoo Party/Walk/Run – Saturday, September 30, 2017 – Tulane University’s Uptown Campus
The walk/run and celebration of survivorship will raise awareness and important funds for prostate cancer research at Tulane Cancer Center.
You don’t have to walk or run to enjoy the event. There will be pre- and after-race parties, with New Orleans-style food, drink, music, costuming, a silent auction, kids’ tent and other entertainment!
Approximately 1,000 walkers, runners and revelers attended last fall’s event, and 137 sponsors helped raise over $151,000 for research, bringing Bluedoo’s three-year total to $436,000!
Just as important, people had fun.
It was a joyful occasion for families and friends – supportive, loving, celebratory.
My deepest thanks go to the sponsors, in-kind donors, volunteers and other supporters of NOLA Bluedoo.  Please join me again this September 30 at the Fourth Annual NOLA Bluedoo Party/Walk Run!  Get Your Blue On! – Dr. Oliver Sartor
NOLA Blue Doo RunOne in every seven of our fathers, husbands, brothers or sons will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. One in 39 will die of this disease. Prostate cancer is a formidable opponent, but through research and the tireless dedication of world-renowned experts like Tulane Cancer Center’s Oliver Sartor, M.D., we are battling back, and we are making progress. You can join the fight! On Saturday, September 30, 2017, Tulane Cancer Center will host the Fourth Annual NOLA Bluedoo Party/Walk/Run to benefit the prostate cancer research fund at Tulane Cancer Center.
